Brooch Bouquets For Beach Wedding

Have you noticed that brooch bouquets are becoming a hit?  How can they not when they are simply beautiful?!  I personally love them so much.  They are awesome in so many ways: they are glamourous and shiny, you can incorporate family belongings into it (maybe your grandmother or mom have a bunch of brooches or jewelry for you to have), they can be saved the way they are for practically ever, and the extra shine in your photographs will look amazing!

Feeling crafty?  You can make your bouquet by hand if you want.  And what’s great is you can make it MONTHS in advance! So sit down with your ladies and grab your mom too.  It could be a fun craft for everyone to participate in.  But just be warned, it is a tough task to do.  It will take much patience and time.  But just think of the end product: it’ll look great!!

Brooch bouquets are so extravagant, even celebrities are carrying them down the isle!  Last year, Miranda Lambert carried a stunning one!  The neat thing about hers was that she asked all the guests at her bridal shower to bring one brooch.  Then she shipped them off and the final bouquet was designed by The Ritzy Rose (they also have Etsy shop!).  The bouquet turned out stunning!

Also here is a gorgeous brooch bouquet that was made by Mary Jo Odom at Florida Nuptials (email or call us for more info):

So gather up all your brooches and set out to have yours created!  They are sure to impress!!

Cheers,

Kristina

Kim Kardashian Inspired Beach Wedding

It’s been 2 months since Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries tied the knot, but I am still obsessed with it all. It was so beautiful and elegant!

Kim said in interviews that her inspiration for much of the wedding was a classic, old Hollywood style. Even for Panama City Beach weddings or Destin beach wedding, this style is easily accomplished. Try incorporating crystals in small places, like in the center of your flowers, or in the vases used as table center pieces. Another fun thing to try is white feathers! Maybe put one in your bouquet, hang them in front of lights, glue them on invitations, or maybe even put one in your hair!

Old Hollywood is all about glamor in the small things. The two simplest colors, black and white, are what really defines the style. But a small hint of color, like red, can make the style pop to an even greater elegance.

A beach old Hollywood wedding would turn out completely beautiful, fulfilling anyone’s wish of glamour and elegance in a wedding.

Here are some pictures from her wedding (for more visit: TMZ Kim Kardashian Wedding):

Have  fabulous beach wedding planning,

Rose Petal Cones for Florida Beach Wedding Ceremony

I absolutely love the idea of giving guests cones full of fresh rose petals for send offs. It adds an extra level of uniqueness and elegance to any beach wedding. Petals like these are biodegradable, and much better for the environment than the rice or confetti that has traditionally been thrown at weddings. Plus its a great way to include your guests in the ceremony.

You can add a cute quote, initials of the bride and groom, or just the date of wedding to the cone. The cones don’t have to be white either. You can change the color of the paper to match your theme, or just add a hint of color with a bow or ribbon on front. There are endless possibilities to make the cones and flower petals unique to your wedding. And did I mention you get a fabulous pictures of you being showered with rose petals while walking down the aisle for the first time as husband and wife.

Princess Wedding offers 10 rose petal cones for $50! Email your coordinator and we will be happy to add them to your package.

Edina is not only our photographer extraordinaire, but she is also one of my dearest and best friends. Her husband Jim is a great friend of my husband. They are both in the Air Force and went to fighter pilot training together. Jim, being the nice guy he is, volunteered to help out at one of our beach weddings. That wedding turned into Edina’s and his first date.  The rest is history!

Real Weddings of Princess Wedding Ladies: Mayya

Our own, always fabulous and  over-the-top stylish Mayya and her husband, who happens to be my brother :) , got married in Las Vegas. One of the things that she told me right after getting engaged is that she wants a destination wedding. Her main request was to stay stress free and enjoy the moment. And that is exactly what their wedding was. Their ceremony was unforgetably romantic and filled with love.

So what happens when a wedding photogpaher gets married? Welcome to their wedding:

p.s. Thinking of not doing traditional white? True to her fashionista style, Mayya picked off- white-slightly pink silk wedding dress. HUGE wedding trend right now. Did I mention her dress was fabulous :)
